We have an update on The Streets event that Allie K Stewart will be performing at, 1pm Clocktower Market, next month. Take a look at the full programme! Allie says: “I’m really glad Matt Reed asked me to be part of this inspired event which brings music to high streets across London. It’s right up my street ;-). But it really does resonate with my belief that events like this bring life to places and gives people the opportunity to connect and feel part of their community”.

Allie K Stewart has just launched her EP ‘Songstress’ at a sell-out gig in south London with songs she’s performed around the UK and Australia. Allie’s EP brings together emotive indie grit-balladry with a good dose of blues and rock, observational power and raw edge. Billed as “a soulful and powerful voice” (Uncivilisation Festival, 2011) her songs move from intimate to rousing in stark laments, mystical tales and dark ballads with a voice in turns both fragile and fierce. Born to Scottish parents, she is a first generation Australian now based in London. Songstress is available now on Bandcamp.
